Michael Casias - Executive Director/CEO
Michael Casías is a seasoned affordable housing provider who emphasizes a holistic and sustainable approach to residential and commercial real estate planning, finance, and disposition.
Michael has over 18 years of experience envisioning and completing innovative projects with efforts primarily focused in Austin, Texas, and East Austin especially.
When he is not building, Mr. Casias is an advocate for sustainable growth and affordability in the public discourse.
Jennifer Goode - Director of Policy & Programs
Jennifer Goode is a native of Central Texas with a passion for community empowerment and sustainable development.
Jennifer’s background is in international development, in particular the potential for poverty alleviation through innovative community development practices, with a more recent focus on regional natural resource management and the intersections of sustainability, society, and urban planning.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Edward’s University in Global Studies, as well as a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University in Environmental Policy and Management.
Kyndra Irwin - Director of Operations
Kyndra Irwin is an Austin-based manager with a focus on social impact and commitment to empowering underserved communities.
Kyndra has a background in Sociology and has travelled internationally doing field work with both urban and rural communities.
In particular, she has studied global economic development and community sustainability. Kyndra is vested in Non-Profit work for social good.
