Michael Casías is an experienced affordable housing professional with over 26 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development. He emphasizes a holistic and sustainable approach to planning, finance, and long-term asset management, with a strong focus on Austin and East Austin communities.
His work centers on envisioning and delivering innovative housing projects that support long-term affordability, community stability, and responsible growth across Greater Austin neighborhoods.
Lucien Banton - VP Asset Management
Lucien Banton is a design-build professional dedicated to strengthening communities through affordable housing initiatives. He collaborates closely with local non-profit housing developers to deliver projects that are both financially sustainable and deeply responsive to the needs of residents.
With a focus on property asset management and strategic acquisitions, Lucien oversees operational performance, guides acquisition strategies, and supports long-term affordability goals. His work ensures housing developments remain resilient while fostering stability and growth for families and neighborhoods.
Passionate about creating equitable housing opportunities, Lucien brings expertise in project management, community organizing, and housing development. He collaborates closely with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality housing solutions that foster thriving, inclusive communities.

Eddie Rodriguez
Eddie Rodriguez is a former Texas State Representative with two decades of experience in public service and community advocacy. He represented House District 51 from 2003 to 2023, focusing on policies impacting housing, infrastructure, and local communities in Central Texas.
Before and after his legislative service, Eddie has remained actively engaged in civic leadership, bringing a deep understanding of public policy, governance, and community-driven decision-making to the Board of Directors.
Kyndra Irwin
Kyndra Irwin is the Owner and Head of School at Mariposa Montessori School, where she leads a community rooted in respect, inclusion, and authentic Montessori education. She brings extensive experience in educational leadership, organizational management, and community building.
Under her leadership, Mariposa Montessori has grown into a thriving, fully accredited American Montessori Society school serving families across South Austin. Kyndra is deeply committed to nurturing the whole child and fostering compassionate, engaged communities through education.
Reynaldo Moreno
Reynaldo “Randy” Moreno is the founder of Reno Fire Protection and a fire protection consultant with over 30 years of experience in the Austin community. He provides fire safety design, code consulting, and life safety evaluations for a wide range of projects.
Before founding Reno Fire Protection, Randy served 31 years with the Austin Fire Department, bringing a practical, safety-focused approach to code compliance and risk management
